A memorandum of cooperation was signed between the National Agency for Crime Prevention, Non-Custodial Sentences and Probation and the Center for Mental Health and Prevention of Addiction to enhance professional training, retraining, and employment opportunities for beneficiaries. The two parties agreed to collaborate and promote the importance of education among juveniles and encouraging a healthy lifestyle. The memorandum was signed by Nika Tskhvarashvili, Head of the National Agency for Crime Prevention, Non-custodial Sentences and Probation of the Ministry of Justice, and Irakli Davitashvili, Executive Director of the Center for Mental Health and Prevention of Addiction The partnership between the agency and the center aims to support the full social integration of young people and contribute to their personal and professional development.

Professional Day of the National Agency for Crime Prevention, Non-custodial Sentences and Probation of the Ministry of Justice

Minister of Justice Paata Salia presented certificates of appreciation to 29 employees of the National Agency for Crime Prevention, Non-custodial Sentences and Probation under the Ministry of Justice. The awards recognized their conscientious and dedicated performance of official duties. The ceremony was held as part of an event celebrating the Agency’s Professional Day. The Minister of Justice congratulated the staff on their professional day and highlighted the crucial role the Agency plays in preventing recidivism and strengthening public safety. Nika Tskharashvili, Head of the Agency, also addressed attendees, expressing gratitude to the staff for their commitment and wishing them success in their future activities. The event was attended by deputy ministers, Agency personnel, and invited guests.
