Public Information Access
Everyone may have access to public information, as well as receive copies unless the information contains state, professional or commercial secret or personal data. To obtain public information, a person must submit a written application.
Public information is provided immediately or, in cases established by law, within a maximum of 10 days.
The applicant has the right to choose the form in which public information shall be delivered (copy, printed or electronic version). If it exists in different forms, he/she may also inspect the original document.
