Correctional work

  • Correctional work must be served at convict’s workplace.

     When appointing correctional work to convicts, their salary is deducted by not less than

     5 and not more than 20 percent.

     Correctional work is appointed for a period ranging from a month to two years.

     The period during which the convict worked and was deducted from his salary shall be considered the period of correctional work.

     Correctional work shall begin on the day when the administration of the employer where the convict works receives a copy of the court verdict and other relevant documents from the probation bureau.
