Diversion- unpaid community work
- Execution of unpaid community service undertaken by the subject of diversion.
- If the subject of diversion agrees to perform unpaid community service as a condition of diversion, the prosecutor will send information to the Probation Bureau about the condition of diversion undertaken by this person, after which the Probation Bureau will determine the type and daily duration of the work to the subject of diversion.
- The relevant Probation Bureau carries out the supervision of unpaid community service by the subject of diversion.
- The Probation Bureau shall periodically submit information to the prosecutor on the performance of unpaid community service undertaken by the subject of diversion.
