Administration Department
The functions of the administrative department are:
a) human resources management of the agency;
b) legal provision of the agency's activities; ensuring the protection of the legal interests of the Agency in court, in accordance with the rules established by the legislation (except for less complicated cases belonging to the competence of the territorial bodies of the Agency);
c) development of internal regulations of the agency;
d) within the scope of competence, preparation, legal analysis and assessment of agreements and memorandums to be signed on behalf of the agency;
e) preparing drafts of normative acts and other legal acts, memoranda and other documents related to crime prevention, enforcement of non-custodial sentences and probation and submitting them to the head of the agency;
f) ensuring the work and meetings of the agency's permanent commission reviewing issues of conditional sentence cancellation; Drafting of Commission decisions;
g) preparation of drafts and relevant materials of legal acts with guidance or recommendation content to be issued on behalf of the agency;
h) ensuring access to public information and providing it in accordance with the law;
i) preparation of periodic reports on the activities of the Agency;
j) Implementation of other functions stipulated by the legislation.
