A Cognitive Tour Was Organized for Beneficiaries of the National Agency for Crime Prevention, Non-Custodial Sentences and Probation

A Cognitive Tour Was Organized for Beneficiaries of the National Agency for Crime Prevention, Non-Custodial Sentences and Probation. Beneficiaries of the National Agency for Crime Prevention, Non-Custodial Sentences and Probation visited the LEPL – David Aghmashenebeli National Defence Academy of Georgia as part of a cognitive tour. During the visit, they explored the academy's campus, including its military museums, lecture halls, and recreational facilities. They also learned about the academy's integrated higher education programs and military education opportunities. The Agency regularly organizes cognitive tours to broaden beneficiaries' knowledge, support career orientation, and introduce them to educational and professional opportunities. These activities play an important role in promoting their rehabilitation, resocialization, and successful reintegration into society.

The visit aimed to enhance students’ understanding of the probation system and the rehabilitation-resocialization services available to offenders, while promoting greater awareness of modern approaches to crime prevention and offender reintegration.
