Giorgi Sajaya, Head of the National Agency for Crime Prevention, Non-Custodial Sentences and Probation, met with the heads of the Agency’s regional bureaus.

The meeting focused on future plans and the key priorities of the Agency’s activities. Particular attention was paid to improving employee's working conditions and ensuring even more effective management of operational processes.

Giorgi Sajaya presented his vision to the heads of the regional bureaus and heard about the challenges they are currently facing in the course of their work. Specific steps were also planned during the meeting to make the Agency’s activities even more effective and results-oriented.
